Vehicle Release

I, the undersigned, authorize the release of my vehicle described above to Collision Care Pros, LLC. and/or its representatives. I warrant that I am the owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent of the owner, and I confirm that all personal possessions have been removed from the vehicle. I release Collision Care Pros, LLC. from any and all liability for the vehicle and for any items left inside it once the vehicle has been released. I understand that if the vehicle is a total loss or subject to a lienholder or insurance settlement, any outstanding balance owed remains my responsibility. My electronic signature below has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
